Mr. Meith has spent most of his career in California, originally moving to the state to work for Occidental Petroleum Corporation (“Oxy”) in 2011.

Prior to working at Oxy, Mr. Meith spent time in North Louisiana, South Louisiana, East Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado conducting all phases of Land work. Most recently, Mr. Meith served as the Director of Land for California Resources Corporation (“CRC”). During his time at CRC, Mr. Meith was responsible for all of CRC’s Land holdings and conducted all phases of Land work.

In addition to Land, Mr. Meith was on the Business Development team responsible for several large JV’s, divestitures and acquisitions.

He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with a concentration in Professional Land and Resource Management.
